While we specialize in Independent Insurance Agency Consulting, we also offer Business Strategy Consulting Executive Coaching for Privately Held Family Owned Businesses. Whether you are focussed on building your legacy and plan to pass a business on to the next generation or you want to build a business to support your family, employees, clients and community until you choose to exit, we can assist and make the process fun along the way.

We specialize in independent insurance agencies but also work with other privately held businesses with an emphasis on family owned business transitions. Our extensive work with multiple Chambers of Commerce and the businesses they serve as well as being in the direct insurance and risk management space has given us the ability to work with a variety of clients nationwide and beyond.
